I have an 1 bedroom apt. for sublet from Feb.1 to Aug31,$580/m,(original price is $680/m),It is near Herongate mall,in Baycrest Dr.,by bus #111 to St. Laurent station only 15mins.Nearby there is a supermarket-Foodbasic,very good market.It is a very convenient place. i will rent an apt from Feb 1 near st laurent station. and want find a female to share. The building is surper nice and many my collegue live there. there are own washer and dryer in the apt (not public ones). and there also has a dish washer.
good view and having a good gym, indoor and out door swimming pool. two bed room just about 800$ and 1bed room only about 700$
