* Has a out-door swimming poor and a gym. Back to the bicycle trail along the river. You can bike and skate in the summer and xc ski in the winter.

We have been living here for 2 years and want to end the lease before moving to Toronto. You can move in any time in the late March.

The monthly rental is $945 including an in-door parking. Heating and hydro is not included. If you like to move in after Mid. March, you only need to pay $600 for March & April. After April 30th you can sign a new lease with the landlord.
