Is this a good house to buy?

Can anybody give some ideas if the price is reasonable? the area is good or bad in general? and is the appreciation in that area good? many thanks

If you assume city property value estimate is correct. I believe it is since the home was built in 2003. At January 1, 2005 this home values at 170,000. Now it is two years. Home price should increase about 3 to 4% per year. So do the math.
Best way is to find a agent, they can check MLS sales record about similar house price.You can try some Chinese agent. They may able to help you for a fee.

（１） 没有车库， 露天公共停车， 冬天要每天除冰铲雪， 而且不安全。
（２） 没有BASEMENT， 无处放杂物，
（３） CONDO 费年年看涨，
（４） 洗衣机在二楼， 很吵。
