If you can learn a lot on building and you realy are interested on it,you will feel it value a try!

这效率也太低了吧。我一个同事，也是自己建房，４个月后就入住了。这就如同开发软件，自己一个人要做一年，什么都要自己写自己摸索，虽然省钱了，但是很难保证质量和时间，最后做成了也就是一个好的码工。如果外包全部或一部分，自己控制设计和接口，时间上要短，也掌握项目管理经验。
