We have a medium-size room avaliable now in a 4 bedroom apartment on sommerset by Elgin street. the apartment is in a very nice 3-level building. The location is perfect, right in center downtown on Elgin street with everything within walking distance, and a lot of buses around. the apartment has hardwood floor through out. The kitchen and one bath room are shared, as well as the common dinning area in the living room. There are currently 2 guys and another girl live in the apartment but she is never here because she stays at her boyfriend's all the time. Dish washer and laundry facility are equiped in the kitchen. The Balcony with BBQ can be shared too.
You have to be cat friendly because there's one in the apartment.
