This plan is good for Kanata. because lot of traffic on 417 are people coming to work at northern hightech area. The train go through most parts of southern ottawa and to the carling and march road, right at their work place. It will release lot of pressure on 417. Now you have 417,transway and train for kanata.
I see a price increase in southern part of ottawa around huntclub road. because for the people there would have fast access to downtown and kanata, two major employment centers in ottawa.
