跪求好提议

我的一位朋友已经在AlGONQUIN 完成 两年的会计专业，她想转到 OU 去，但OU 要她考TOEFL OR CAN TEST ,请问各位大侠有什么好建议可以免掉考这些试吗？可以找那个头或coordinator 说说吗？

as I know, he/she must take TOEFL or other equivelent test unless he/she studied in Canada for more than three years (such as administration program in Algonquin)

好像看到过受过2年的以英文为主的教育是可以不考toefl的。

go ask about admission in the OU directly like faculty office or infoservice. Check info online carefully. It's not good idea to inquire in CFC coz case by case.
