There is a toll free number for Immigration Canada, which you can easily find from the government website, you can call and ask what you can do. There is a local office of Immigration Canada in Ottawa, you can stop by and ask staff there to see if they can assist you further.
No matter you are going to need that piece of paper or not in the future, better call in right away and report its being lost, in case there would be any identity theft or complications. By the way, hope you retained a photocopy of that original document, which might help.

这个登陆纸一定要收好。在你65岁申请老年金时政府会要求你提供你是什么时间进入加拿大的。从这个基础上计算你会得多少老年金。

If the record of landing is lost, you must apply for a true copy of that, because the replacement is only for the study permission and work permission. To get the true copy of record of landing document, you should wait 6-7 month, including 12 weeks processing time in local and 12 weeks processing time in Ottawa.
