Anyone live around Merivale Gardens?

We just bought a townhome in Merival Gardens Estate ( right behind the Farmboy ) and will move in by the end of August.

We have a nine-month baby daughter. My wife stays home taking care of her. I am wondering if anyone lives near by with a young baby. we can start a playgroup. Two moms looking after two babies is a lot easier than one mom looking after one baby.

你可以查一下以下这两个机构：一个是社区资源中心，就应该在你家附近，另一个是社区健康中心，也在Merivale 上。

社区中心：Nepean Redeau Osgoode Community Resource Centre
1642 Merivale Road (就在Mall里面，离Shoppers Drug Mart狠近）。里面有一个中国工作人员。可以告诉总机想与那个讲中文的工作人员讲话。

以上两个机构都有为家长和儿童服务的项目。你太太可以带小孩去看看，一般是他们提供场地，玩具，你太太和孩子在那里玩就可以了。一是可以排遣自己带孩子的寂寞，二是可以让小孩接触更多的人，三是可以了解加拿大的文化和资源。

这些机构的服务都是免费的。当然使用的是纳税人的钱。属于政府社会服务的一部分。

Merivale 900.我们去了几次了。下午还去。我可以告诉你玩得时间，Teddy's drop in.周一，二9：15-11：30；周四下午1：15-3：15。
我们其实是刚来的，不到2个星期。也是来之前看到900号的community的。那里提供室内和室外的玩具，可以画画。

你那里坐176可以到它门口。它挨着一个教堂。
