Don't worry, they will be fine. 1) Draw a map for your parents for the airport terminals. 2) Note clearly in English on a piece of paper indicating their flight number, destination, terminals and the English questions with Chinese translation--what direction they should take and where they are 3)there are many employees at Vancouver airport who can speak Chinese 4)let your parents not panick, not wander around and present that piece of question paper whenver they felt lost and always follow people's guidance. If they could find their way to Ottawa, they are very much mentally capable (they are still smart). Don't worry, they will be fine.
