好奇地问一声：如果你是该公司的员工，会不会为了上涨的房价而毫无疑问地买公司的房子，尽管你知道附近就是垃圾场而且将来该房子可能很难卖出去？

哪个离垃圾场更近？哪个离较好学校更近？Kanata lakes 房子一直贵，贵在增值，贵在交通购物游泳图书馆便捷。

如果该公司的员工能很便宜的买下房子，为什么不买呢？

In your opinion, how much discount the employee gets from his company can make him ignore all the concerns (bad location, bad air quality, possible decrease value of the house, etc) to buy a Mattamy home? And how much discount does Mattamy offer to its employees when they want to buy the company's houses?
If people are not stupid enough (both the employee and the company), these two discounts can never get close.

很难啊!

要想买到100％各个方面都满意的房子难呀，要求没有飞机的声音，没有垃圾场，没有氡气，学区要好，交通方便的房子，肯定有一点不满意－－价钱太高，所以只能自己取舍了。
