I bought house there. The price is cheaper than in Hunt Club. I think Tartan is a very good builder, the commumity is not far from South keys...

We are going to buy there. Did you buy Tartan too. Any suggestion for sign contract and upgrades?

We bought from Tartan.

The agreement is for you to sign, not for you to change. If there are something you don't understand, ask your lawer to explain to you.

For the upgrades, it really depends, it is hard to say.
