Depends on where it is made. If it is made in US/Canada/Mexico, the custom duty is 0. ~6% for those made in Japan. You have to pay 6% GST at the board, and ~$210 for registration. Pay 8% PST at an Ontario license office. You always have to pay GST/PST, but since the original price is lower in the States, you pay less actually.
The vehicle must meet Canadian safty requirements. As I know, it should not be an issue except the daytime running light. You may have to pay to install one.
