从ebay私下交易用paypal付款，东西没收到钱能要回来吗？

东西一直没收到
在ebay上给她发了几次message都没回
不知道从ebay私下交易 没收到的东西可以找paypal要回来吗？

If your bid on ebay and did transaction with PayPal, you can. File a complaint on PayPal. PayPal will contact the seller. If you haven't got resonse from the seller within 10 days, you should escalate it to a claim. You should be able to get full refund. PayPal provides up to $200 insurance by default, if the seller fails to refund.

However, if you did 私下交易, it means you took the risk for the transaction. I doubt you can.
