Ashcroft has singles and townhouse in B.R. project as well as other builder. If you are interested in Ashcroft models I could give you consultant.

I heard that Ashcorft is not good builder. One thing that I do not understand is why the comunity is developed so slow. The price for town or single is not high, but it seems that lot of people do not like to buy houses there

You cannot say the community is developed very slow, it is actually not too bad...

If you say if there are some concerns, I guess the following might be some of them

1. Transport - March road is so busy (Morgant's Grant and Bookside have same problem) .. but with Terry Fox extension coming soon, that will be fixed.

2. Shirley's Brook's elevation is pretty low...possible flooding in the future?

3. Low income co-op houses are built in the community...

4. No schools, no big stores, kind of inconvenience..

The good thing about Brookside is that there are 6 builders (Richcraft joined recently to build the towns) in this site, and it will be finished soon.

People hate living in the construction site..
