请问一般来说, 新房子Furnance是包修多少年的? 一年? 还是五年? 十年? 如果一年新的房子要买Furnance Maintenance Plan的话, 大约一年要多少钱呢? 谢谢先.

It depends on brand and who installed it. It is usually 5 years for all parts and 25 years or limited lifetime for heat exchanger. There is no need to buy a maintenance plan for a new furnace. It should be trouble free for at least 5 years. The plan is around 150 to 200 dollars.

谢谢. 我的Furnance是Harding公司安装的. 看了这间公司的网站, 说是10保修期. 可不知这包不包括新房的(价钱是包在房价里的).

I don't know. Because it may be different for new building and the furnace they installed on customer order. The manufacture usually warrant for five years. You can call harding to ask.
