location wise, it's nice and quiet neighborhood, my daughter's ex-nanny lives on same street, further in close to the dead end court, very nice and kind lady btw... I saw there were a couple of houses for sale too 2 weeks ago, 1 double garage bigger home, the other about same size as this one, you might want to check them out too. Good luck!

这房给我感觉位置挺好,因为安静和社区成熟. 学校也不错, 只是楼上有一间卧房很小. 如果我是第一次买房,家中三口人, 房子保养的也不错.我会出手的.当然价格便宜些就更好了.

一开始没看清，是single的话，还是不错的，masterbedroom没有ensuite吗

地点和价钱都不错.

地点很好, 学校也很好. 如果BUDGET是25万前后的话, 要买SINGLE 可能是个好机会. 5年前那里这样的房子是18万左右.砍砍价,估计会很快在24万前后出手的.

地点和LOT不错, 房龄大了些, 不过好象是很多是最近才装修过的还行. 有两点Concerns:
1. 单车库 - 独立屋一般地说要双车库比较实际而且将来容易出手.
2. 卫生间不够 - 楼上"大风"已说了, 没有主人卫生间. 不太方便.

啊? 抽油烟机不都是在STOVE上面的么, 这没什么不对啊? 即使风不排出屋外,独立屋应该比较容易搞定这个问题的(只要你的抽油烟机是贴着外墙的).
