对Bell Canada的流氓无赖行为，我该怎么办？

You can switch your phone from Bell Canada to other companies. I switched from Bell to CIA home phone with a free high speed internet. I pay $50.00 CND per month.

Primus only charges $40 for home phone and 5M internet.

CIA high speed Internet is 10M. Actually, it should be $39.95 CND for the home phone with a high speed Internet. However, they charge me another $6.50 CND for dry loop fee which pays Bell Canada since I use Bell Canada phone line. So, totally, I pay $ 50 CND including tax. So far, so good.

Primus only charges $40 for home phone and 5M internet.

你算运气的，试想如果当处毛病在你房里，而BELL给你两个选择，你会不交吗？你肯定选wire care plan。按道理你应该先上保险才行。
我的电话坏了，我不知道那里有问题。我先用别人的电话上wire care plan，然后才让BELL人来。
讨债公司和BELL两码事。
我也和BELL争过不少次，他们的帐单总错，一般来讲，他们回订正。

你的做法偶赞同.

实际上,bell的电话比rogers通话质量好,也便宜.

因为现在bell还没有成为那些什么记录什么乱七八糟的一员

当然这个是听说的，我不能说肯定是真的
如果你现在不用bell的电话了，以后也不准备用bell的东西了，应该就没什么问题了

Thanks everyone for your ideas and support. Now, the problem is solved. the charge is removed from my bill by Bell Canada. I complained to CCTS. CCTS forwarded my complaint to Bell Canada. Then, Bell Canada called me and told me the charge is removed.

Things are so simple. But it took me 4 years to fight with Bell Canada. Finally, it's CCTS solved the problem. All what I need to do is writting a complaint to CCTS. Here is the contact information for CCTS in case anyone need it:
