CT Auto is cheating really. 2 months ago when I told them to change my snow tires, they reported to me a $1000 repair estimate of here and there on my car. I told them to go screw themselves. And later I went to my auto dealer for a check. Guess what, I was told my car had NOTHING WRONG! While I had to pay my dealer $20 checking fee. I feel that CT is no longer the one we trusted before ...
Wired. I think you get to understand what is the "wrong axle" first. In my understanding, the "wrong axle" is the aftermarket part, isn't it? Is it the new one or old one "reinstalled" in your car by CT?

I asked the mechanic in Tony Graham, he said that the wrong axle taken out is smaller than the right one. So, you can still install it into your car, but when you start your car, it starts running and damages parts around it

看到Tony work order 上也写了更换aftermarket axle。 对Tony来讲除了原装件,都是wrong axle,也说得过去,不会受人以柄。另外,原则上来讲,修车换下来的件要退给顾客,顾客不需要,他们才能处理,Tony怎能还收你钱哪?
1.6小时是工时,不是修车所需要的时间,半小时应该够了。CT的“黑”,全加拿大人都知道,楼主消消气吧。修车被宰是每一个开车人都要面对的问题,其实,看着车行拿着刀,可你还不得不让他宰,那可不只一个疼字,不骂娘,我服他有修养。
