open to above 的设计好不好

I think it's only good if that open to above area is big

在有　Ｏｐｅｎ　ｔｏ　Ａｂｏｖｅ　的房子里带大了两个孩子，从来没有安全问题。　

如果你房间够用了，干嘛把Open to above改掉？　想过过搭阁楼的瘾？

Open to above is good for circulation. especially for winter, you will get more even hearting distribution. The drawback you have some difficult for TV time. However if your house is over 2700, there are no problems. For big house, it must have this feature. Entrance must be wider too. Otherwise it is hard to sell out without those important feature. Luxury house should be pretty, your many place design for pleasure not for living. 2200 sq can be 4 bdr, the other sq for luxury, for your eye.

open to above is better specially in winter. The warmer air can get to your bedroom. uplever rooms have more balance temperature.

OPEN TO ABOVE的设计多是伴随大落地窗（不然不协调）．这样在冬天会很不好！那面大大的玻璃会损失掉很多能源．

Depend what kind window you use. If you use egone (i forgot how to spell, a kind energy saving window ) window, it should be OK.

我发现现在Open to Above的设计以选择open的房间分，大约有3类
1) Family Room/Great Room
2) Living Room
3) 1) +2)

我个人觉得1，3的问题是，看电视不太方便，这不是房子大就能解决的，毕竟Open to Above本来就是为了采光好。

买2的朋友们，可以说说实际效果吗？会不会因为开放的空间靠近门口有点怪？
买1或3的朋友们，请问你们怎么解决看电视的问题的？
