借钱＋不还＝骗人？

这样的人挺多的 你借他钱的时候他好话说的跟孙子似的 到钱真正拿到手上的时候 他就不把你当回事了 大不了人间蒸发。

我以前还有朋友遇到过借了钱不还，后来去找那个向他借钱的人，那个人还在外面叫人打他...（在国内的时候） 搞得别人借钱给他还成别人不对了
