人大是宪法中规定的立法机构,所以是立法机构选举国家主席、总理、国家军委主席。

大选?真会调侃。

大选?演得象真的似的。

your stupid head needs a fix.

canadian prime minister is not elected; governor general is not; its head of state is also not.

US president is not elected by popular vote but by electoral vote

Chinese president is elected by delegates

each country has its own way to elect its leader

which way do you want China to go? the US way? the Canadian way? or the Japanese way?

It seems you just come to Canada yesterday,,

Canadian prime minister IS elected, I had chance to vote him in election station. Can you do the same thing in China?
US president IS also elected, don't you see the activities happened in USA these days from TV?

are you another idiot in the making?

living in canada all those years and which year did you vote specifically for a prime minister?
were the names of the prime minister candidates on the ballot?

you wasted all your time in canada not knowing its prime minister is not elected by direct popular vote

if democracy depends on you, it becomes demoncracy

Again what I said is US president is not elected by popular vote but by electoral colleges

what is happening now is mixture of primaries and caucuses,
if you do not know what these are, you are more than stupid

Do not idiot to misleading,,,

All of my points are that Canadian People and US people have the chance to vote a few of cadidates in the election station as I did last time. if I want, I have chance to elect any Prime Minister in the future.

But if you were in China, can you go to Beijing for voting? NO Way! Except you are elected as one of the representatives. That is all of my points, very simple, I do not want to waste my time to argue with a Stupid idiot.

You have to have an electoral college vote in your hand so that you can vote. It is not a popular vote.

can you directly vote for a canadian prime minister? No way.

So, it is 选举 (vote for?), not 大选 (general elections).

P.S.: It would be very interesting to learn about the US election system, as for how congressmen are elected and how a president is elected. Could anyone give a brief, but comprehensive account on it?

chaotropic, I totally agree with you. But, I don't like your words.

至少, 中国国家主席和其他领导人都是选出来的。:)
至于他们是如何能够成功当选的,那就是国家机密了 ........
