Another stragety to push the reserved lot to sold is to increase the price...looks like they both know how to use it...:o

The house in this neighborhood is way over-priced...I am going to sell mine,earn 100k and stay in Bridlewood :blowzy:

I just heard and am still in shock to know that on the day of pre-release, Urbandale has many revisions of prices. People waiting there at 6am gets the best price.

Urbandale released 4 different prices that day last Thursday! Be careful to check which Revision was on your price list (at the bottom right of the paper). That's almost like cheating. I got Rev 3 and I would give up if they didn't give me the Rev 1 price.

Did you mean they gave you Rev 1 price? Can I just ask them for it? Can you please let me know what is the price for Solana model on Rev 1? Thx.
 
I got prices for all the 4 Ver for the Menlo Park 2.

539,900 (Ver1)
547,900 (Ver2)
555,900 (Ver3)
563,900 (Ver4)
I believe that now they are giving Ver 5 price list now
 
went to Riverside today. And the prices date at May 1, 2008 (Ver 3) are quite similar as in Kanata Lakes.

A friend of mine has the Ver 1 list, I only asked about the Menlo Park 2.

I guess the changes are similar
 
No, I didn't get Rev 1 price. I would not sign after seeing they are so pushing. It might be the last peak price.
 
I guess this is why there are more and more lots, which have been reserved, become available now.

I believe at least a few of the home buyers in Kanata Lakes area appreciate the good elementary schools and high school in this community. A friend of mine reminds me today and I begin to doubt that whether the kids in the new developing kanata lake community can be enrolled in the same schools? I saw a preserved space for the future school (elementary?) in the map given by the builder. Does that mean parents living here can not send their kids to other schools (such as Steaphen Leacock, kanata elementary school) once the new school is built?

Besides, due to the rapid growth of this community, is it risky to think Earl of March high school will recruit the students in the new community continously even after a few years? XiaobaoMa, you are quite knowledgable about this area, could you share your opinion on it? Thanks.
