Checked with builder (richcraft in my case), unfortunately the answer is - If you install eavestroughs and you end up having roof problems or leaks those issues will probably not be covered. would be okay to install it one year after delivery.
Since my house is only 9 months old, I'll need to wait for another 3 months or so. Anyone is still with me?
