这个提前中止租房合同的规定合理么

租的公寓，还有5个月合同才到期
去租房办公室问了问，若中止合同，需提前60天通知（这个没意见），交250元费用由他们出面找下一任租户，我这边得一直付房租直到下一任住进来为止，这样最少得2个月房租+250，可最多得付5个月房租+250。这个难道没有上限规定么？好多啊，现在又没时间自己找转租的，着急

2个月的房租加250总共是多少？网上贴个帖子，把这个钱的一半给续租你房子的人，这样大家都有好处。

No, the maxium is 4-month rents + $250. The worst scenario is 5-month waiting and you don't have to pay that "penalty" fee then...
