The room is for $300 a month PLUS utilities which include hydro, internet, phone, and insurance.
It is a 2 bedroom apartment, however, since both my roommate and I are very busy, we have converted the living room into a bedroom (my roommate has that part) hence we have a small living room with a table and 3 chairs.
We all eat our own food and clean our own mess but share common duties such as taking out the trash and vaccuming, etc.
