今年加售房量会续降 而房价将升3.5%

【多伦多信息港】(记者彭琳报道)：根据加拿大最大的房地产公司——皇家地产公司(Royal LePage)于周四发布的最新预告，该年房价会稳定增长，但是房屋销售量会比去年下降。

房地产经济人预计，该年底加平均房价将上升3.5%，至31.8万元。但是房屋销售量将下降11.5%，至46.1万所。

皇家地产公司主席兼首席执行官Phil Soper称，“在经历了几年房屋挂牌量的不足后，购房者在2008年倍感价格战的压力，徘徊观望；而卖房者不得不经历更长的等待期，但是却可以在房价不断增长的市场找到些许安慰。”

“我们调查研究发现，加所有的房产市场将会继续走强，虽然步伐会放缓。”

在4月至6月这一季度，平均房价的增长继06至07年飞速增长的步伐后放缓。房价呈双位数字上涨的省份有萨斯喀撤温省、温尼伯、圣约翰。而阿省，因为房屋挂牌量增加导致房价下降。
