$25/per call... Not bad at all (I should say pretty good). But there should be basic pay for the 12 hours each day, because it is 全职 on call, which means a basic pay of at least $100 per day. Why? Simply because this guy could not have another job at all.

for sure that if the driver can stand by every day for 12 hours, then he must get over $3000 - $5000 a month.

also, the driver is stay at his place to stand by. that mean is the driver can do their own thing (e.g. playing game, watch TV, study) at home when their are for stand by time.
