(求助）另一个Mattamy新房推迟closing date的法律问题

Mattamy新房，closing date要推迟6个月交房。合同说最多推迟120天，不然可以退房，把定金拿回来。我决定不等了。 让律师发信说退房，可是Mattamy又回信说不让退， 可以把closing date赶在120天内。他们可以随时改变吗？ 请有经验的人提个醒，先谢谢了。

It happens all the time. When price are raising, no body would return the house. When price is flat, builder try to keep the buyer. As long as they do everything in the contract, nothing you can do. This is called negotiate.

builder delay one or two months is normal... but I heard that Mattamy delay more than 6 months.. that's too bad! Some buyers already quit. I don't think you can negotiate too much with builder. Just get free upgrade as much as you can. :blink:
