关于报大学

我有一个朋友想报今年9月分OU的undergraduate program，但是他在国内已经念完4年大学本科了，今天他收到OU admission office的来信说还要让他准备高中3年的成绩，不知道是怎么回事？有没有有过同样经历的同僚，或者有谁也是在国内念完大学又来这里念大学但是是用国内大学成绩报名的，现在这里谢谢大家了。

他国内大学的GPA好像是72，够不够？不过她好像没给OU他的大学成绩也。

有就给他，没有的话写封信解释一下没有的原因（比如离开学校太久，中学已经拆除），然后给他大学的成绩

actually 75 is the lowest standard, i think, not mention u need to have 560-580 in toelf. This fall will be double cohort, the number of students who apply for for university are doubled this fall. This means less spaces for students and hiher average required. If your friend doesn;t have a high avg and toefl score, not sure he will get in.

Some courses need prerequisits of high school, they just want to
make sure if you are fully qualified. For me, if I didn't take
chemistry in high school, they ask me take it at the price of 1000 in Ottawa. I gave them, everything is ok.
