For our women's team, we're playing "Six Front" AND and only ONE blocker.
We seem to have a big hole in the middle of the court when our opponent spikes from their position #4.

We're following this strategy right now:
#2 blocks
#1 covers shots down the line
#6 covers tips that fall just behind #2.

What are the roles of 5,4 and 3?

目前自由人的作用是当副攻转到后排时可以自由替换他而不占用换人的指标．我所说的换位是，当主攻转到后排时，不管他在那个位置，始终换到六号位．副攻始终在五号为．比方说，副攻队员发球，发完球后，他应立即跑到五号位进行防守，而原来在五号位的队员要跑到一号位来防守．这就是后排换位．

当我们打边跟进时，我们主攻在后排通常换到五号位上。而副攻则换到六号位。你说的这种打法确实makes sense. 因为后排进攻的最佳位置非六号莫属。不知我队队员是否同意？（坦率说，我们后排进攻打得极少。基本到后面就free过去了）

简单地画了个图，不知能否看明白．我觉得你们主要是防吊球，所以３，４号位要退下来．４号防网前吊球，３号防心，６号防拦网队员的身后．１，５号位压后方长线球．

Looks like #3 need to drop back more in order to cover both 心 and 网前吊球. I'm gonna use this diagram as reference during our next game.

I believe this is what we've always talking: the middle (#3) should always come back behind 3-meter line if he/she does not plan to block. Because there is no point to be too close to the net at that point since there is almost no chance to catch anything.

细想还是不明白。如果主攻站六号位，同时又打边跟进，那他的进攻也太难了。因为太靠后了。(只是说说而已。不是业余水平的事。)

其实我说的就是稀有的六号位进攻。
你说的后排调整太正确了。尤其看专业队打时，最明显。只是我们这种业余加业余的水平，要想做到很困难。慢慢练吧，不着急。
我个人认为位子固然重要，跑动积极是必不可少的。跑不快，就到不了位。
