请教:换屋顶期间下雨

同事介绍一Roofing公司.声称在一天内完成. 就让他们做了. 没想到他们只派了二个人.周四,周五做了两天.掀了2/3 的屋顶. 铺了Asphalt felt
和1/3屋顶的Shingles.还有1/3 的屋顶没铺Shingles. 这个周末阴雨连绵. 他们要下周一才恢复工作.
请教版主,这种情况对屋顶的损害程度如何,是否要等到表面水干了再继续动工.

should be ok. Felt is waterproof too. They can renew their job anytime, unless it is raining.
