I am a single working mother with a 14 year old son. We are looking to share our townhouse, located at Greenbank & Huntclub.
I have a large bedroom on the second floor ($450/m). Included heat A/C, hydro, gas, cable, phone (local) and HS net.
One bus to Algonquin 15 min (<5K) and express service to down town （OU）. Nice large pool in summer, little back yard and BBQ, parking available 25/m. We have two indoor cats.
