这里有很多，但不知道哪个是prime rate:

说的是基准利率。看来基准利率就是隔夜拆借率(overnight rate)：

PRIME是各大银行相互之间拆借的基准利率，一般是高于央行KEY-RATE 175个基准点。理论上各个银行完全有自主权决定自己拆借给其他银行机构的款项的利率，但事实不这么简单。两星期前曾出现四大银行的PRIME是4.25%，而TD的PRIME是4.35%。这下倒好，别的银行借钱给TD按4.25%算，TD借给别的银行按4.35%算，TD真会算账。
