酒药和其中。

置于容器里,
使劲压压实;
中间掏个洞,
留待酒水出。

再撒药于上,
保鲜膜覆顶;
盖好容器盖,
三日后即成。

温度须适宜,
三十度为佳;
密封定要好,
不得常偷窥。

最怕有些人,
嘴馋心又急;

酒仙不来矣。

That will depend on the 酒药, you have to refer to the instructions of the 酒药.

The 酒药 I used was bought at 168. Made in Shanghai. 75 cents a pack. It is a small blue package for 2 kg 糯米.

2 kg 糯米? Wow, then must use a very big jar. :lol:

And I never tried steam rice, that's sound strange.
