现在上网用Bell还是rogers好？

have used Acanac for a couple of months, so far so good.
there were some interrupt, maybe just few minutes without aware.

same here, used since Feb this year. No issues, just couple time no connections, restart the machine and everything was fine again. Speed test is ok too. But have to paid a full year in advance and second year is higher, but compare to other ISP, seems still cheap. Not best, but consider the price, it is OK.
No email issues for me.
