I think you should plea not guilty in this case.
You know there are two lanes on Hog's Back Rd. Basically, both you and the other driver can make turns at the same time: you should turn left on the fast lane and he should turn right on the right lane. So, you shouldn't have been charged. Instead, the other driver should have been charged of un-safely changing driving direction during an intersection.
Technically, you did nothing wrong there - except you didn't honk that guy

However, people turning right there from the south of Prince of Wales often intend to cut in the fast lane of Hog's Back right away in order to take the Colonel By Drive very soon. So, normally people from the north of Prince of Wales turning left may want to yield a little bit for safety.
In a whole, the $110 & 2 points charge against you is totally unfair and ridiculous!!! Challenge it, buddy!
