I have a 22 month boy, should i put him now in Montessori school's toddler program, or better wait until he's three to get into the CASA program in Montessori and the cost would be $300/month less than the toddler. Very much appreciate your input. Thanks!

Once you are involved into the CASA program, you have to stay for 3 years to be graduated, and then go to elementary in the same Montessori school. The graduates from CASA program are equivalent to grade 2 in the public school system academically. So you would have a long term plan, better to put him into at 3 yrs old so when he finish the CASA at 6 yrs, you could choose between either public or private schools, in both cases, he will have some academic advantages.

The CASA starts at two and a half (Entrance age 2.5).

If i were you, i would wait until he is full 30 month, and start CASA, which is a very very good program for this age.

Thanks very much for all your inputs, which reaffirms the decision that I'm going to take. Would you please kindly offer your suggestion with regards to better Montessoris in the area. They are largely different in tution charge, Does high tution generally parallel to a high quality? Many thanks.

Depends on which area you are living. The Ottawa Montessori School is the best choice for lots of people, check this : Ottawa Montessori School – Tuition

You could also ask Moms in your community for suggestions. The fee in private school is expensive indeed for normal working class, so I would be very careful in choosing. Also, you should go to schools to visit and find out which one looks better for your money.

Agree! But if you do need to go to work, CASA is way better than a normal daycare. My two cents.
