In one way Europa tries to get the money from China. At the same time, they try to hurt China as much as they can in order to feel better. Pretty cheap and ugly. That may be the main reason why they can not rise. Europeans try to say other countries bad to show they are better. Americans try to say other countries good to show they are better. What a difference!
