Carleton University would like to remind students that all examinations will continue as scheduled despite the potential OC Transpo strike.
If you use OC Transpo, you can stay up-to-date by visiting the OC Transpo website at: OC Transpo HomePage. Please note Para Transpo service will continue as usual.
To help students get on campus during the potential strike, Carleton University and the Carleton University Students’ Association (CUSA) are partnering to offer shuttle bus service from the following locations:
- Bank Street and MacLeod Street bus stop – pick up every 30 minutes
- Merivale Mall (Merivale and Meadowlands)– pick up every 45 minutes
- Place d’Orleans – pick up every hour
- South Keys Mall – pick up every 30 minute
The above buses will run from 7:00 a.m. – 12 p.m. and 6:00-11:00 p.m., Monday to Saturday for the duration of exams in the event of an OC Transpo strike. Please note the posted times are approximate and there may be delays due to weather conditions and traffic. The shuttle service is available to Carleton students only and students must show their Campus Card as they board the bus.

The Carleton/uOttawa shuttle bus service will run during the weekdays and additional Saturday times will be added for the duration of the potential strike. For more information, including the most up-to-date timetable, please visit: Information Carleton - Shuttle Bus Service.
CUSA will also continue to offer a Ride Board for students interested in carpool options. For more details, phone 613-520-6688, email: admin@cusaonline.com or visit the website at: CUSA Ride Board.
