As usual, the power socket in the kitchen has 220V already. You can build a wire harness by take the live wire from the upper socket and the lower socket to get your 220V. What you should do is to ahve meter to check if your socket carries the 220 or not first.
When I say 220V is the voltage between the two live wire of the sockets (upper and lower). Usually the one right at the counter for small appliances such as toaster, corker cooker..., that socket have the split of the 220V into 110V. This is not required to change the wiring of the socket and running wire from the stove which will require a certified electrical technican to do.
Simple thing is to use two cables with 110V plugs which will be plug into the wall socket upper and lower, the other ends of the cable wired to a China/BS type socket for your 220V appliance, both of the neutral of the cable from the plug will be trimmed off, connect the live wire of cable 1 to live of the China/BS scoket and then connect the live wire of cable 2 to the neutral of the China/BS socket, also connect the ground of both cable 1 and 2 to ground of the China/BS socket.
Before you plug in the cable assy, make sure you measure the sockets, the narrow slot is the live connection while the longer slot is the neutral, measure the voltage between the narrow slots (upper and lower), it should be 220-240V. It's only the sockets in the kitchen will have this arrangement. All other sockets will be 110 only without the split. This is very important which means you can only get 220V in your kitchen and not other places..
