BASEMENT与楼上的温差大, 有问题吗?

我家楼上的温度是20C, 但BASEMENT只有14C, 温差挺大的, 不知道有没有问题. 谢谢!

我家楼上26度，地下室是17度。我觉得很正常，因为热空气上升，冷空气下降。尤其是新房子，密封和隔温比较好，所以，中央空调启动次数较少，空气循环主要是自然循环。只有在空调启动时，室内空气才是强制对流循环，也只有这时，地下室与楼上的温度才是比较接近的时候。

热的传递方式只有三种：传导，对流和辐射。空气和水都是热的不良导体。如果没有对流（空调循环风扇），只靠热传导，楼顶和地下室空气温度可以相差非常大。
