撞车划价的问题

上周把一个出租车撞了。。。

他今天给我打电话要价300，然后我说我带他去修，他就说不行，如果我坚持他就要找我的保险公司。。。

但是我当时看了看，真的没什么问题的。。。

这个怎么划价呀，有经验的指教一下~谢

Just pay the money and sign a private contract with this guy.

If you believe he doesn't have police report, try it. I bet you will be regret. In many accident cases, police will not even show up. How do they obtain police report?

I also need to remind you. My friend had same situation before. He recorded the phone talk. So the conversation between you and this taxi guy may already been recorded. It's all your risk to just leave as is because this guy can easily submit the recorded conversation to his insurance company. Then you will be in trouble.

If worst case he claims insurance, you will expect not just 300, but 3000 in the total 3 years.

$300 for a repaint work is so normal although I dont think this guy will do it. It's a very reasonable price. Anyway the bottom line is you did something bad, take the responsibility.
