没买车保险被要求上庭咋办...

闯了个灯,车没保险,要上庭,咋办阿......

确切的说是保险过期了4个月-.-

我问那警察说明天我就买,能不罚款不,他说"if they think u have good reason on the court, then will be fine",然后让我开车走了,问题是啥叫好借口阿......
