求救!关于怎样negotiate闯红灯的罚单！

今天在十字路口，我左转，当时是路灯是绿灯，但是附近一个警察说是红灯，给了一张１８０的罚单，和他理论，他说让我上court。请大家指点，怎么能negotiate这个罚单，另外court在哪里，大家帮帮忙，看看怎么办好。

Plea no guilty

Plea no guilty in court. Cop has no evidence to show you passed the red light, unless he has road camera to capture you. In worst case, you can explain to Judger that you have to pass the red light because you stopped at the intersection to wait for turning. Judger may waive the ticket or at lease reduce the fine.
