地下室的混凝土不是很厚，大号手锤把表层打掉。下面的小石子正好用来和新混凝土（但要洗一下）

or you can use chipping hammer to smash it, will be messy
or you can rent a quick cut from HD with 14" wet cut blade.
you need drain and vent (a.k.a. DWV), there are requirements/code regarding that. the plumber's advice makes sense.

就说这个帖，前面说得都挺好，最后一条就不沾边了。你懂不懂为什么下水系统要有排气孔？如果没有排气管的话会产生什么样的后果？如果没闹明白，就别comment，看看连Licensed水管工都在说“if ... too far ... ”这样的话忽悠，您是不是胆也太大点了，还抬出什么code，懂行的人说这样的话是不是太不厚道了。LZ是把2 pieces upgrade 到 3 Pieces，巴掌大的地方接个下水只管，还要接vent，你以为别人都是傻冒，那么好忽悠！
