我覺得一般樓房買賣的手續都很standard，文件都差不多。但有很多房産律師的收費卻偏高， 除了律師費還要加disbursement...etc. 而且也沒有什麼customer service。

當初也是經朋友介紹的 ，我覺得她人很熱誠很好溝通，收費也合理。

律师“骗钱”的可能性很小。可能是双方对收费标准或者哪些服务内容收费事先没有明确或者双方理解不一样，产生不悦而已。

我知道律师收费是每分钟都计算的，例如为你的案子打个电话、发个传真，都一一列上收费。律师的收费标准也相差悬殊。

about $1,100 -- $ 1,300; Land transfer tax not included. if you are buying from builder, maybe even cheaper.

别的不好说了, 只能说她收费比较低
买卖房屋不是经常的活动, 不要省小钱,耽误事就麻烦了
