T & T Supermarket Inc., a fast growing and the largest Asian supermarket chain in Canada, currently having a total of 16 stores (8 in Greater Vancouver, 3 in Alberta, and 5 in Greater Toronto), is opening a new store in Ottawa.
Department Trainees

Duties:
The successful candidates will be assigned to a particular department and will undergo an intensive training program of approximately 3 to 6 months for the purpose of familiarizing with the operation know-how, department daily routines, management development techniques, and learn how to run an operating department with profit and loss accountabilities. Upon successful completion of the training program, the candidate will assume supervisory responsibilities of the relevant department.
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or above
• At least 1-2 years of store operation and management experience, preferably in the retail/service industry
• Irregular shifts (including weekends & holidays)
• Strong leadership and good interpersonal skills
• Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Office software
• Strong command in English (oral and written) and knowledge of Cantonese or Mandarin
