As a member of this team, you will ensure quality releases througheffective planning, design and implementation of advanced testingconcepts and procedures. Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a computer or engineering related discipline
- Proven experience of three (3) or more years in a testing field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment with a variety of teams and groups
- Solid bug tracking and test reporting skills
- Excellent analytical and problem determination skills
- Strong technical background in a Windows operating system environment
- Detail-oriented and creative
- A good understanding of software development life cycles and the inherent testing challenges within each phase
- Good working knowledge of SQL and Relational Databases
- Strong experience with Web Services and Web Service oriented architecture Java Script and HTML programming experience
- Good working knowledge of Web related technologies (client/server, HTML, XML)
- Knowledge of various non-Windows operating systems
- Experience testing reporting applications
- Programming experience considered an asset
