Personally, I wouldn't you use the 消炎药 from back home as it would not help and shouldn't be depended on. And even if it work, it would be too late anyway.

消炎药并不能真正治感冒，而且给小孩吃消炎药（抗生素）并不好，容易让孩子的身体产生抗药性，等以后真正需要的时候消炎药就不起作用了．过上一星期如果孩子的病还是不好的话，你应该带她回医院再检查，如果医生认为有必要，会直接给你开反抗生素的．如果需要，问问医生能不能做胸透（怕引起肺炎）．GGOD LUCK!
